Price Match Policy

It is Buchheit policy to match the price of an identical stock item (brand, size, shape and model number). The stock item and price must appear in a local competitor’s ad within the stores local market. Price match applies to retail competitor stocked items at regular or advertised prices that are located in your store’s market, or price can be from a local competitor's digital copy of their ad (shipping & handling costs must be included). The proximity of a “local” competitor will be at the store manager’s discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend our price match policy and/or limit quantities during times of commodity market volatility for merchandise such as lumber, sheet goods, and other commodities. Ask a manager for full details.

The following are excluded:

• Membership clubs, online pricing, closeouts, season clearance, liquidation, bid pricing, special quotes, free offers, rebate offers and floor stock one of a kind items, items that are currently out of stock at our local competitor.

•3rd party internet seller pricing (Ebay, Amazon, Gun Broker or Walmart Marketplace).

•Typographical errors on local competitor ads and incorrect internet pricing.

•Buchheit will not match percent (%) off promotions that do not show the competitor price. Example: 10% off any one item will not be matched by Buchheit. Example: 10% off Dewalt drill final price $ 100.00 will be matched.

•Ads when the actual price cannot be determined.

•Competitor ads from outside the store's local market.

•Service such as delivery or handling charges and installation prices.
